Bronze inkwell with a dog, by MOIGNIEZ
Rare humorous inkwell in patinated bronze, decorated with a dog in its kennel. “Parler au portier” (“Speak to the porter”) is written on the kennel, in which an unwelcoming bitch and her pup can be seen.
Signed Jules MOIGNIEZ (1835-1894)
