- Vintage fountain pens, from the early 20th century to the 1990s
- A large stock of original spare parts
- You are told the price before any repair
La Tradition de l'Écriture offers a workshop for the repair and restoration of antique fountain pens, backed by a large stock of spare parts for collectible and vintage pens.
Our repairs cover a wide range of antique fountain pens, from the early 20th century to the 1990s: Parker 51 (Vacumatic or Aerometric), Parker 61, Parker 75, Waterman safety or lever-filler, Sheaffer Snorkel and PFM, Pelikan, Montblanc, Montegrappa, S.T. Dupont, Cartier and many piston or cartridge models.
Our services
- Ebonite pens: over time, ebonite can turn green or brown. We restore its original appearance without erasing the patterns or the maker's imprint.
- Celluloid pens: polishing removes fine scratches and restores the full lustre of the celluloid.
- Ink sac replacement: we replace the latex ink sacs of pump-filler and lever-filler pens, depending on the model.
