- Customer account and orders (identity, addresses, e-mail, telephone, purchase history): to process and deliver your orders and provide after-sales service. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and accounting: retention required by law (legal obligation).
- Newsletter: only if you have subscribed to it (consent, which may be withdrawn at any time).
- Website security (technical logs): legitimate interest.
Online payments are processed directly by our payment service provider; we do not have access to your bank details.
Recipients
Your data is intended for La Tradition de l'Écriture and, as far as they are concerned, for the carrier, the payment service provider and our hosting provider (OVH, France). It is never sold.
Retention periods
Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Inactive customer account: 3 years after the last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at eric.le-cour@orange.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
